The Owner, Don Simon, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. Don has been involved in construction since 1987 with a focus on residential construction starting in 1992. He has personally designed hundreds of homes located in the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky area.
